Is it possible to pay for an order with Visa and MasterCard payment cards?
- All of our payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay using any card through this portal, if you are a member of PayPal or not.
- We sue this method as it is best protection for our customers as well as for us. This is the easiest way to prevent card fraud and makes everyone feel safe.
Is it possible to pay by Bank Transfer and credit card?
- Yes, as stated above, all payments are processed through PayPal.
- Bank transfers can be done by contacting us direct through the contacts page. Orders will be processed after receipt of payment.
Can I return the product after purchase?
- Given the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns on open or used products.
- We do not offer a change of mind guarantee, make sure the products is what you want before purchasing it. If you have ordered a product incorrectly and it has not yet been shipped contact us immediately and we will help you resolve your issue.
- You may only return faulty products. There is no guarantee of replacement, if the product has been damaged or interfered with in any way and you will need to read the terms and conditions page for the address and guidelines. We suggest that you return by way of signed for, we do not cover any losses in post/transit, make sure if the item is of great monetary value to insure it also. Cost falls on the sender completely for return.
How do I use a promotional code?
- When you have selected your product and added it to you basket, go to the checkout, there you should be presented with a box to insert any promo codes or discount codes given.
What is the validity period of the gift certificate?
- Gift certificates will have the validity period on them or instructions will be attached in the email that it has been sent with. Please be sure to use them within the period stated as we do not extend or accpet out of date certificates.
What if the prepaid goods are not delivered?
- Dependant on delivery type selected, please allow 2-3 business days from purchase for delivery once you have been notified that shipment has occured.
- Different times of the year can cause delays, we ask that you be patient.
- If you have not received your product within the expected time period of business days please contact us.
Where and how can I exchange or refund?
- Returns and exchanges go through our warehouse address listed in the terms and conditions section of this site.
- Please note the conditions for return/exchange of goods in the section Can I return the product after puchase above.
- It is all done via postage and the customer is liable for all postage fees and the correct packaging of the product and insurance if required on the product.
- We are not responsible for any losses that occur with postage of goods or incorrect packing
Does my product come with Batteries
- Unless you have purchased a rechargeable product or it is stated on the packaging, none of our products ship with batteries.
- Batteries are available to purchase from us if required.
